The Weak With The Strong
When I look for a leader
I look for someone better than me
smarter than me
But I also look for heart
I don’t look for for lame explanations
of why things didn’t work out
or an obscure theory that no one can figure out
I don’t look for dreams about how things could have been
or a comfortable smile or a grin
I look for a willingness to tell the truth
an ability to say when things are going wrong
And the drive to win by motivating the weak with the strong…
